Job Title: E&P Project Engineer

Location: Crewe Main Office, warehouses in Crewe, York and Scotland

When: As soon as possible

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location
Crewe (will also consider candidates within commutable distance from Liverpool or Manchester)

Salary / Benefits: £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience plus

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an E&P Project Engineer to join an established and experienced railway infrastructure contractor.

To be suitable for the E&P Engineer Role you will have:

  • Previous project experience covering the delivery of installation, upgrades of systems such as LV transmission and Distribution, Signalling Power Supplies, Station systems, LV Power, Lighting and associated cabling and containment.
  • Extensive Railway E&P background.
  • Knowledge of Project Plans/Change Control.
  • Understanding of CDM regs.
  • Undertake role of LV & HV Project Engineer on specific projects as required.

Key Responsibilities of the E&P Project Engineer

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders identifying project specific requirements to ensure documentation is in place for the Project Design and Construction teams.
  • Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Undertake CRE duties on Network Rail contracts as appropriate.
  • Ensure access, permits, WPPs etc are all in place.
  • Review and monitor all Construction activities.
  • Provide technical support and advise to design and construction teams
