Project Engineer - New Product Introduction (NPI)

Nottingham NG8, with some local travel

Excellent Salary plus benefits, 37 .5 hours/week with some flexitime and early Friday finish + 25 day leave

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Project Engineer with experience of managing NPI projects end-to-end in a lean manufacturing environment, looking for a role with a successful, profitable global business offering further training and career development?

This is an exciting, varied role with a company who have low staff turnover, always a great sign for a future employee. They also supply into a range of sectors meaning they are at lower risk as a business.

The role is to manage the end to end process of new product introduction projects. It would suit a calm, methodical problem solving character.

The role:

  1. Full time, permanent role on a large clean manufacturing site.
  2. Wide ranging cross functional project management position that includes customer liaison, product development plus process documentation and quality issues.
  3. Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.


The Person;

  1. Academic and working background in engineering
  2. Working background in a lean manufacturing environment
  3. Experience in a Project Engineering role including experience of managing NPI projects
