PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a Temporary candidate to join our team on a 5-month FTC basis. This is an exciting opportunity for people with experience within project management, resource management or client delivery management.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

  • £30,000 - £35,000 FTE
  • Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm).
  • Can be fully remote, not set requirement to attend the office but can if you want.
  • Outskirts of York.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

  • Create and maintain records, projects, and communication tools per project.
  • Create Status Reports and chair checkpoint meetings, capturing updates and distributing to project stake holders.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being delivered on each project.
  • Ensure escalations are effectively completed and managed where there is an impact to quality and or cost on your engagements.
  • Use Project Service Automation to track the estimated and actual costs of delivery on each engagement.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the customer and project team.
  • Ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Support Quality Assurance of documents generated throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
  • Work with the associate network to price and secure external resource where requirement to meet engagement service level agreements.

  • Ideally experience within an IT project management role.
  • Ability to effectively manage own time, workload and resources.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Can do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • An understanding of capacity planning.
