Project Coordinator
Leading Accountancy firm looking for an IT Project Coordinator to act as focal point for all IT Based projects as well as responsible for providing project and programme support to all stakeholders.
- Assisting on the implementation of IT and other projects across the firm, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.
- Create, coordinate and maintain project plans, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, tracking timelines and milestones.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and seek feedback, building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders crucial for the projects success.
Ideally
- Able to take the lead in the core central PMO activities of Risk and Issue capture/Management, Change/Scope Control, Document Management, Planning and Reporting
- Highly competent in reporting RAID logs
- Perform regular project health checks on weekly and monthly basis.
