Description

• Coordinate multiple engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

Profile

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

• Must be able to speak both Polish and English Language
• Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in project management software.
