The role
Hunter Mason Consulting has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator for a Building company working within the commercial, Residential, refurbishment heritage and industrial Sector in Grimsby.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be assisting and coordinating the logistics and workflow of various projects, to ensure completion within pre-determined time frames and to agreed standards and quality.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Looking after scheduling for contracts
- Booking appointments and scheduling
- Inputting job information into workflow system
- Ensuring accuracy of billing invoices
- Dealing with customer/tenant queries
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with the preparation of timely and accurate reports
- Creation of Excel based reports.
- Helping with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the creation of quotes and jobs
- Escalating issues to the Managers promptly
- Regular meetings with Project Managers to discuss progress and deadlines.
- Building relationships with clients and meeting their expectations
- Meet and greet visitors to the office.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Desire to progress
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer project management software and hardware
- Determination and persistence
- The ability to trust their intuition with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- The ability to work well in a group setting.
- Thorough attention to detail
