Project Architect

Location: Stockport

Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

My client is a RIBA chartered practice with a focus on providing innovative, creative and high quality designs and exceeding clients expectations. The practice works across Residential, Education and Mixed use projects and is looking for an experienced Project Architect with strong technical abilities to join their friendly team in Stockport.

The successful Project Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and should have previously led projects from inception to completion. You should boast creative design skills and will have excellent technical knowledge. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant post Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered
  • Exceptional technical abilities
  • Experience working through all RIBA stages
  • Confident running projects from inception to completion
  • Able to work effectively to project deadlines
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Revit experience is essential
  • Must be local to the Stockport/Greater Manchester area
