Project Architect

Your new company
This exceptional architectural design studio is located in Altrincham, just 20 mins south of Manchester city centre, and is based within a 5 min walk of a railway station. They work on beautiful residential projects in and around Cheshire, as well as education and commercial schemes. They are looking to add an experienced Project Architect to their team who can run schemes end to end.
Your new role
You would be working mainly on beautifully designed bespoke residential design projects in the region, producing feasibility, planning and all associated technical drawing information with the support of a small team. The role will include attending site, dealing with client queries, and keeping all necessary paperwork in order.
What you'll need to succeed
The role would require an ARB registered Architect with around 5 years post qualification experience, a background with good quality design firms, and the ability to deal with clients and work at all project stages competently and without supervision.
