Location: Chester (East)

Salary: £35-38,000 Dependant on experience

My client is currently on the lookout for a talented Project Architect to join their talented team on a permanent basis. As part of this role, you will be joining a skilled team of architects, architectural technologists, designers, Principal Designer, and a certified Passivhaus Designer in Chester.

They work on diverse projects like rural estates, private homes, schools, retail, and more. Their comprehensive design service covers all project phases.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Being an ARB registered Architect with a several years of experience post Part 3.
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages, with a robust understanding of UK planning policies and Building Regulations.
  • Relevant project experience in residential and commercial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Possessing design flair and strong technical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate and run site meetings.
  • Previous experience working on Conservation projects is desirable but not essential.
