Project Architect | Manchester | £37,500 - £47,500
 
We are working with an architectural practice, based in the heart of Manchester, that is looking to hire at least two new members of staff to help manage the ever-increasing demand for their services. 
 
This is a great opportunity for an Project Architect to join a welcoming and collaborative practice that strives to create a working environment that encourages creativity alongside a social setting that people enjoy working in.
 
They are a multi-sector organisation, offering a range of services in the following sectors - Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, Residential, Hotels, Sports & Leisure, Student Accommodation, Education, Healthcare, Transport, Community, Blue Light, and major strategic master-planning! There is also the chance to collaborate with professional in other disciplines, including Interior Design, Graphic Design, Project Managers, and more. 
 
Project Architect - Roles/Responsibilities
  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • You’ll be given the chance to impact other areas of the business as the team grows, not just from an architecture standpoint.
  • Great aptitude for design and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills – confident when liaising with clients and contractors, alongside other stakeholders.
  • Passion for sustainability.
  • Experience using Revit is essential
