Who we are looking for
Global Delivery Custody is forming a central support team for the Payments, Cash, and Custody ("PCC") strategic development program. The team you will be joining is a part of PCC, a multi-year effort to modernize and simplify State Streets core custody technology platforms. The program is a collaborative approach across Global Delivery, Product, and Technology with integrated planning and decision making. Key outcomes include ensuring STT meets regulatory and market processing requirements, demands of current clients, and creating a world class, competitive Custody product offering

As part of the Transact value stream the candidate will provide support on impact analysis, business requirements, pre-production parallel planning and execution, migration planning and execution and operational readiness in support of business outcomes
Why this role is important to us
Over the next 3-5 years State Street will deploy a next generation platform infrastructure that will be the foundation of our custody operating model and help drive our goals to improve service delivery, quality, resiliency, and productivity optimization. The Transact project team will enable the modernization of Payments, Cash and Custody services by replacing IBS/Hogan DDA infrastructure with Temenos Transact platform

What you will be responsible for
As part of the GD Transact Value Stream:
  • Ensure accurate tracking of workstream status including critical risks / issues and progress against milestones and targeted outcomes / benefits
  • Schedule and facilitate meeting and related documentation (agenda, meeting minutes, RAID logs etc.)
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and documents findings (gap analysis, business requirements, process mapping etc.)
  • Support BUAT and Pre Production Parallel to ensure integrity of system data and operational requirements are clear, tested, and fully adopted
  • Support operational readiness activities such as user ID admin, procedures and control documentation, training documentation and facilitation, etc.
  • Support the development and execution of migration plans including issue identification, tracking, and remediation
  • Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem solving abilities and effective communication

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years operational or project experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Cash/Payment/Banking Platforms is preferred but not required

Additional requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft; especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Project management or business analysis skills is a plus but not required
