We are looking for a passionate Programmatic Manager with strong activation and optimisation experience to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for your team's output, acting as the escalation point when required.
  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign management and optimisations towards agreed KPI and Goals, including campaign budgets.
  • Uncover and understand client objectives, challenges, and needs in order to actively provide optimisation solutions.
  • Create & maintain a framework for monthly / quarterly cross market campaign learnings, trends and insights.
  • Work with the team to produce and present scheduled reporting requirements with senior stakeholders.
  • Quality assurance for all campaign set up and deliverables.
  • Conduct analysis of ongoing campaign results to identify campaign trends and key insights.
  • Work with your team to deliver client business goals (i.e. ROI/budget/traffic).
  • Assisting junior members of the team with their campaign activation and optimization.

The Candidate:

  • Experience within Programmatic activation and optimisation.
  • Experienced at using DSPs such as DV360, Youtube.
  • Confident managing day to day campaign optimisations to deliver on objectives, KPO's / KPI's and support the client relationship team with campaign insights.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
