Title: Program Planner - Cladding Construction

Location: Bristol, UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling purposes.
  • Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope, timelines, or resource availability.
  • Communicate schedule updates and potential impacts to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the project team to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings to review project schedules and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide regular reports on project schedule performance and forecasted completion dates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cladding construction processes and materials is a plus.
