Hays is working with one of the oldest independent construction consultancies in Scotland to find Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team. They deliver high quality professional construction services across multiple sectors to private and public sector clients.
Your new role
Our client believes the delivery of high quality quantity surveying will offer the most effective road to the success and value of project delivery. You will be working with a team that has a proven track record of success in offering highly professional services across the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying.
You will be producing unambiguous contract documents and working on accurate and effective tender profiles. You will be passionate about the commercial control and delivery of projects without disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Professional Quantity Surveying experience up to Senior Surveyor level. You will be working towards your APC or be MRICS chartered.
