THE OPPORTUNITY

We are working with a leading international insurance law firm who are looking to add 2 x Professional Indemnity Solicitors (Partners) to join their office in London. Our client is a global top tier practice and is wanting talented lawyers to undertake professional indemnity work.

As a brief background our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFA’s and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and assist with complex insurance litigation in all areas of financial lines and professional lines. Here you will work on a range of professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.

THE CANDIDATE

8 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.

You will have experience handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors' and Officers' liability.

No following is required however you should be well connected to the insurance market.

You will have the opportunity to join a modern law firm as a partner, and you will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly. You will also work as part of the business which encourages homeworking as a flexible employer.
