Location: Bristol

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

The Company:

We are working alongside a National Corporate Insurance Client who are looking to add to their team based in Central Bristol.

This fantastic opportunity is specific for an Account Handler with Professional Indemnity experience.

The Role:

As an Account Handler here, you will be more focused on the Administrative side of things, supporting a team of Account Executives.

The Account Handler is the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.

You will have the opportunity to provide office-based support to their assigned Account Executive in the day to day running of the client portfolio, from New Business, MTA and Renewal stages.

Requirements:

Acturis experience is essential

Previous proven experience servicing a book of business is essential

Strong communication, relationship management and rapport-building skills

Strong technical knowledge on a range of Professional Indemnity and Commercial Products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
