Re Recruitment are looking for a production team leader to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury. The company are a processing plant supplying dairy product to the county of Gloucestershire and beyond. Due to continued expansion of operations, they are looking to appoint another team leader to join their team of senior management team in Tewkesbury.

You will be working alongside other team leaders and shift manager and report into the production manager onsite. You will be responsible for the day to day running operations of the production site.

You will be compassionate other delivery a great team culture and keep high standards as priority throughout you operation. They company are ideally looking for someone with a team lead / supervisory background within food manufacturing however they would look at transferable skills or similar industries with just in time manufacturing practices.

The role:

*Manage a team of operatives / RECRUTIMENT / training and development

*Maintain saft and high working practices of the production operation

*Perform production record in an efficient and accurate manner

*Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping practices

The Person

*Expereince within food manufacturing

*Knowledge of HACCAP & KPIS

*Strong communicator

*Used to working in a busy production environment

General working hours are between 6am & 6pm – 8 hours a day so late starts some early starts. Saturday morning working is expected however on a rota basis
