Production Team Leader

SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an Production Team Leader based in Keighley, Permanent role.

The Job:

To report to the Production Supervisor. The successful applicant must be a conscientious, competent individual who works to high standards for both themselves and ensure that the staff they manage work to the same standards.

Duties:

• To work as a Production Team Leader in a food production environment
• This is a hands on role which will require the applicant to be physically fit and able to lift heavy items and checking vehicles when necessary
• To oversea and help maintain an efficient production line supervising staff to ensure production deadlines are met
• To ensure that all team members are working in line with Health & Safety standards and policies
• To ensure that Clean-In-Place (C.I.P) regulations are adhered to cleaning down all machinery
• To ensure that quality checks are carried out
• Perform titration tests and record the results on appropriate documents
• The filling and packaging of finished products, including quality control and checks are done correctly
• To assist and mange the loading & unloading of wagons to ensure that they are completed on time
• To record hourly checks and monitoring on appropriate documentation
• Ensure that hygiene and clean down tasks are completed to the standards required
• To assist the production manager with the day to day duties of running the production line

This is a full time position based around a 48 hour working week, to work 4 out of 6 days which will include a Saturday, (Saturdays will be on rotation when possible) Days

To work 7am to 7pm 12 hour shifts

Annual Salary £33,400 CIRCA,
