WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

As Production Team Leader, your role will involve:

• Leading a team of packers and machine operators
• Ensure the team are trained and working efficiently
• Recording team performance daily
• Conducting product changeovers
• Completing all quality documentation
• Working to shift KPI’s

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED…

• Previous experience within a Production Team Leader role is ESSENTIAL
• The ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse workforce is ESSENTIAL
• You will be positive, professional and approachable
• Previous manufacturing experience is essential
• You MUST be computer literate
