Days 6am - 6pm working a shift pattern of 3 on - 3 off

The Production Team Leaders main priority is assisting the Production Manager in the day to day running of the tray washing operation. You will be responsible for the smooth operational running of machines and or area of control on your shift.

The ideal Production Team Leader will be:

• Experienced in warehouse logistics with good knowledge in people management
• Experience of delivering on targets, quality, process and H&S
• Proven warehouse/operations leadership experience in a similar fast-paced process driven, manufacturing, production or distribution/logistics environment
• Experience identifying system improvements with potential cost savings
• Proven experience in performance management and people management

The Production Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Efficient running of the tray washing process and equipment
• Ensuring Health and Safety protocols are followed
• Communicate with other necessary teams to ensure workflow and production.
• Lead a team in a hands-on role in the warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Production and shift planning
• Completion of management reports
• Carry out HR tasks where necessary - Return to work, holiday planning procedures

This role will suit someone who has experience in warehouse logistics with good knowledge of people management, delivering on targets, quality and H&S.
