Are you a Team Leader or similar from a Manufacturing / Production background looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will oversee a tight-knit team and have a direct impact on Production Processes for a market-leading specialist Manufacturer who pride themselves on their ongoing progression pathways in a role offering overtime to boost your earnings?

This market-leading Manufacturer of specialist products for the sport industry. They have grown since their establishment to be a powerhouse in their industry and are looking to further grow their team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for autonomously overseeing various teams on shift of up to 25 employees as you work with Maintenance and Engineering Managers in addition to deputising for the Shift Leader. You will have a key focus on undertaking planning and organisation of shift activities in addition to overseeing continuous improvement and maintenance projects.

This role would suit a Team Leader / Supervisor from a Manufacturing / Production / Engineering background or similar looking for a dynamic and varied leadership role where you will be responsible for a tight-knit team within a market-leading company who offer continual opportunities for progression and training

The Role:

• Managing on shift teams of up to 25
• Overseeing KPI activity and Compliance to processes
• Leading Training and Development of staff
• Supervision of Maintenance and Continuous Improvement projects
• Deputising for Shift Manager
