We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join one of the UK’s largest fabricators with 40 years experience based in Stoke. This company is highly accredited and rated 5 stars by their trade partners!

This Production Supervisor role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Fridays 7am – 1:30pm offering a salary of £28-30k plus annual bonus and other great benefits as below!

As Production Supervisor you will report into the Production Manager with the following duties:

  • Direct responsibility for 12-15 production staff
  • Provide regular team updates via management meetings as well as via reports
  • Conduct daily team briefs to ensure targets are met
  • KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Labour distribution and management of costs
  • Ensure all products meet high quality standards required
  • Provide training and inducting team members
  • Execute the production plan ensuring any issues are reported to the Production Manager

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: 

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role from within a manufacturing/ production environment
  • Good IT skills with ability to produce KPI reports using ERP systems or Excel
  • Excellent people skills to motivate your team to hit targets whilst maintaining high quality standards
  • Experience within the fabrication of windows or doors would be highly advantageous
