Production Supervisor

Rotherham

37 Hours Per Week Shift Work

As a Shift Lead, you will be required to

  • Be responsible and accountable for the production team, the way it functions and the area you work in.
  • Monitor performance to metrics and manage resources and priorities to achieve targets.
  • Liaise with other production supervisors on production requirements, achievements, production issues and resourcing.
  • Identify and analyse problems and introduce sustainable solutions across the other production lines.
  • You would liaise with many different departments internally such as quality, maintenance, engineering and more.
  • Assist supervisors with process improvements, material flows, and space management.
  • Maintaining quality standards.
  • Ongoing reviews of production process/flow, risk assessments and safe operating procedures.
  • Encourage and motivate your team

Experience / Skillset required for this role

  • 2 years of experience in a similar management role
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Computer literate
