Shifts: M-F. Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments to meet production targets.
• Utilize your background in food manufacturing or FMCG to optimize production processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
• Drive performance metrics to achieve operational excellence.
• Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance skills and competencies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
