Production Supervisor

Our client is a family own manufacturer that operates across a wide range of market sectors with manufacturing plants both in the UK and across the world.

They are currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for their Electronics manufacturing site Cambridgeshire.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be leading a team of up to 30 people ensuring products are manufactured safely and produced with a continuous focus on quality.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Lead your team to deliver daily manufacturing requirements
• Manage the creation and delivery of the daily production plan.
• Carry out Stage kitting and prepare build stages for single piece flow production.
• Reviewing daily performance to Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery (SQCD) KPI’s and ensure effective corrective actions are in place for any deviation to agree targets. 

Suitable candidates for this production supervisor role in Cambridgeshire must have:

• A proven previous experience within a Manufacturing operation having successfully lead teams.
• Ideally you will also have Electronic experience although this is not essential.
• You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to create a positive working culture within you team to ensure products are produced inline with specifications within this fast paced environment.
