We are on the lookout for a Production Supervisor for our well-established client based in Banbury. This is a temp to perm role and the hourly rate is ?13.46 to ?15.38 per hour. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with no weekends.
Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality stainless and aluminium equipment to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other hygiene conscious industries.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
. Drive the work down the Production Line
. Assemble goods on a production line.
. Operate production line machines.
. Monitor production and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
. Respond to all Orders in a professional timely manner.
. Deliver high standards that meet production standards to each & every order.
. Able to work to targets.
. Assist with training of new staff.
. To be an Ambassador for Unitech
. Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
. To help out with tasks within the facility where skills are short and provide solutions for improvement going forward to advance the effectiveness of the department.
. Ensure that production team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirement.
. Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
I am looking to speak to anyone who has Warehouse/Production experience and has line management skills.
The ideal candidate for this role must be IT literate with Microsoft office experience.
