Production Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company based in Bradford to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee the Stores area.

Salary £30k +17% shift allowance - £35,100

Hours: PermanentAfters Monday – Thursday, 2pm - 10pm Friday 12:30 – 7pm 

This Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team within the Stores area, whilst ensuring accountability and driving efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will include:

• Delivering shift reports as well as daily change over
• Monitoring capacity and demand planning across the warehouse
• Execution of Risk Assessments, Safety Walks (operational) & 5S Audits
• Drive engagement across teams and support development, whilst recognising areas for improvement
• Regular inventory checks and monitor goods in against production plans
• Driving a safety first culture and addressing any Health & Safety risks

We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors with the following skills and experience:

• Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a stores area
• Effective communication skills
• Working safely (IOSH)
• Experience driving lean methodologies
• IT literate including Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
