NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Person Specification

• Have an enthusiastic interest in learning and developing a career within production
• The role is open to any applicants of varying levels of experience as training will be provided
• Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
• Problem solving
• Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
• Be professional and process a polite and positive attitude.

Duties

• Operating manufacturing machines
• Load and unload finished products
• Labelling finished products
• To carry out additional related duties as directed by the Line Manager
• Work towards meeting production based targets
• Carries out duties independently
• Quality checking products
• Adheres to the companies policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively on-site, including passing on information to relevant departments if/when necessary.

SHIFTS: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available

PAY RATE: £11.44 - £15
