About Us

We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to work for a well-established Mat manufacturer based in Middleton Manchester.

Job Location: Middleton, Manchester

Temp to Perm work available

We also offer temporary contracts

Working Hours:

Rotating Shifts

Monday to Friday

06:00-14:00

(£11.72 per hour)

14:00-22:00

(5.5 hours at day rate, 2 hours paid at night rate)

22:00-06:00

(£14.06 per hour)

*Please note you MUST be able to work all shifts as they rotate on a weekly basis.*

About the role

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment.

This is a repetitive role, however, the process is interesting and not the typical mundane production line work

Working as a team in a pod of 4

You will be working on a production line making rubber matts

Trimming of material and other duties involved

What we need from you

  • Previous production Operative experience
  • Must be reliable, good time keeping and attendance
  • Be confident in communicating with your colleagues
  • Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks.
  • Be a strong team player.
