Insight Employment are seeking Production Operatives to work for a client of ours in Great Horwood, Buckingham for an immediate start.

Due to the location, you will need to be able to drive as there is not any public transport in that area.

This is working for a small friendly Vegan bakery company as a production operator.

Job Description: -

  • Responsibility for assisting their immediate line manager to ensure that all production, technical and quality standards are met.
  • Responsible for the range of duties relating to the manufacture and packing of products, these will include any aspect of production and packing operations delegated accordingly by your line leader.
  • Cleaning of plant and environment is included within the scope of this role.
  • You will at all times observe all in place work instructions and procedures and work within the constraints of good manufacturing practice.

Skills & Qualifications: -

Organised and self-motivated. Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and maintain good working relationships with all personnel.

Requirements: -

  • Previous Production experience would be an advantage or working within a food industry, however not essential.
  • Must be able to work on your feet.

Shift/Hours: -

10-hour shift

Mon-Fri - 07:00am-17:00pm

Rate: -

£11.44 per hour
