Insight Employment are currently seeking Production Operatives to work for a leading bakery in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary to Permanent role with good progression prospects.

This is based in North Milton Keynes.

The starting salary once permanent is over £25,800 per annum with many incentives including bonuses and overtime rates.

The Role: -

This role involves working on a production line of a food manufacturing company. Packing bread products and quality checking for any defects to start with, however when you start training there are lots of different roles available withing the business.

Requirements: -

  • Previous food production experience ideally but not essential.
  • Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and punctual.
  • Good level of personal hygiene.
  • Must be a team player.

Continental shifts and hours: -

The shifts rotate weekly between days and nights.

Day shift

4 days on, 4 days off 06:00am-18:00pm

Night shift

4 days on, 4 days off 18:00pm-06:00am

Rates: -

Days - £11.44 per hour
Nights - £11.75 per hour

Inductions are provided before you start work.
