Production Operatives/ Packers

Berry Recruitment are currently seeking Production Operatives for a client based in Falmouth.

The work will include working on a production line, packing, preparation and hygiene.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience of working with food in a manufacturing environment, although full training will be provided.

You will need to be polite, enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated. You will be comfortable working independently on tasks, as well as part of a team. You will be adaptable and able to react to changing priorities.

Working hours are: Monday to Friday, 6am/2pm or 2pm/10pm

Overtime is available and paid x 1.5 rate, applicable after 40 hours per week.

Pay rate is £14.44ph/ Premium rate is £13.64 ph
