PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

LS10

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

£11.44 per hour

This is a Temp to Permanent opportunity for a candidate that can start in the role of Production Operative with a view to be trained up to operate manufacturing machinery pending performance in the first few months.

With a long and successful history manufacturing cardboard packaging for a wide range of customers, we are proud to be recruiting on behalf of this company that has fantastic values and is offering a long-term, temp to permanent position for the right candidate.

Pay Rate & Shifts:

Your paid hours will be 40 per week, excluding 30 mins per day unpaid breaks.

Monday to Thursday 07:00- 16:00

Friday 07:00- 13:30

Pay Rate of £11.44 per hour

The Role:

Duties will include but are not limited to

  • Supporting the manufacturing process
  • Providing raw materials to the Machines
  • Manual handling/ stacking
  • Quality checking throughout all tasks
  • Moving pallets of product using a manual pump truck
  • Good Housekeeping - sweeping floors and keeping work area tidy
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures
  • Following instructions of team leader
