We have an exciting new opportunity for a production operative to join our client based in Naunton (GL54) with an immediate start, This position has become available due to continued growth.

Shift:
7am till 5pm- Mon to Fri

Pay rate:
£26,000 - £30,000 annually depending on skill base.

What you will do:

  • To comply at all times with Health and Safety rules and procedures.
  • To work in accordance with Site procedures.
  • To work as a team member to achieve Company and site goals.
  • To work effectively and efficiently to a high level, to achieve daily production requirements to the quality standards require.
  • To be proactive and flexible in providing assistance with operational requirements.
  • To complete all relevant documentation as required ensuring compliance with systems
  • Embrace training and development to enable multi skilled working.

What are we looking for:

  • Ability to Operate mobile plant and equipment as relevant to specific role requirements with current certification.
  • Basic Understanding of Health and Safety at
    Work act 1974
  • Operate and maintain site production plant, ensuring the plant can run continuously to meet production demands and quality standards.
  • Ensure raw material storage levels are replenished to maintain production.
  • Clean the Mixer and production plant daily maintaining the standards required.
  • Complete General Housekeeping duties
