Production Operative

Are you an experienced Production operative? Or someone with warehouse experience who is looking for further training and a career change? Then this role may be for you!

You'll be part of the Weber team in Flitwick. Weber is one of more than 30+ exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and, since 1927, has been the UK's leading manufacturer of industrial mortar products including renders and decorative finishes, tile fixing products, floor screeds, technical mortars and external wall insulation systems. With close to 100 years' experience within the mortar industry, this is an amazing place to start your career!

We work on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 8 hour earlies and lates:

No Weekends

No Nights

What you will be doing

• Production duties on packing machines
• Loading and Unloading
• Operating the Forklifts to move heavy loads (Forklift license is beneficial but we can train)
• Maintain and take responsibility for housekeeping in working area.
• Keeping all systems up to date, ensuring all data is inserted accurately in a timely manner. SAP experience is beneficial

Although we are very open to industry background and experience levels, there are a few key points we need in a candidate:

• Industrial hands on experience
• Reliable
• To be IT literate
