Production Operative

Job Title: Production Operative (BRIDGWATER)
Salary: £11.60 - £12.00
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Our well established client in Bridgwater are looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Services: this involves cleaning of their large mixing bowls and supporting the decanting and moving of pots and pails. This role in the business is a very labour-intensive role. This will be supporting two other colleagues within a team of 7

Mixing: Will involve mixing the products. Using different measurements and then making the products. Good maths skills is needed for this role, again very labour intensive

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and written
• Good arithmetic
• Attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to lift 25 kg manual male, 20 kg female
• Used to and familiar with working as part of a team
• Used to working in manufacturing production warehouse environment
• Previous experience using forklifts like Counter balance, Reach and VNA and pallet trucks
• Previous H&S experience
