Our wonderful client based in Farnham have a great opportunity and are looking for a Production Operative. The role would be responsible for preparing the product, ensuring everything is being produced correctly and maintaining safety standards. If you have experience in production and are a great team player and have great communication skills, then this could be the role for you.

The role of Production Operative involves:

Ensure everything is being produced correctly

Preparing the product

Follow standard operating procedures

Maintaining health and safety standards

Ensure cleaning is done correctly

Understand how the equipment operates

Completing traceability documents

Report defects to Senior Operators

The ideal Production Operative will:

Previous experience in production is advantageous

Great communication skills

Excellent team player

Adaptable to change

Have the ability to be flexible in your working
