Production Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Sunderland,SR2 9TE.
Pay rates and typical working hours:

• Standard: £11.46 p/h
• Overtime x 1.25
• You will be working from 06:00am until 14:00pm /14:00pm until 22:00pm

Duties as a Production Operatives:

• Producing ready to cook meals, Kebabs, and BBQ products
• Working in a chilled food environment with raw meat and cooked products
• Weighing out raw & cooked material
• Processing Packing Quality
• Control GMP/Clean as you go Palletising

What do we expect from you as a Production Operative:

• Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
• Be able to clearly communicate
• Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly
• Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct
• Respect company property
• Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedure
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
• Report any near misses or hazards to your manager
• Protect yourself and protect others…see it, say it, report it!
• Ability to work under pressure
