MDH Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic, driven people to join our Larkhall based client as a Production Operative. If you come from a production or manufacturing background, that would be a big plus, however we are keen to speak with you regardless of background or work history, as full and ongoing training will be provided throughout your career within the business.

This is a full-time role, guaranteeing 40 hours a week with an hourly rate of £11.50.

You need to be able to work the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis;

  • Dayshift - 6am to 2pm
  • Backshift - 2pm to 10pm
  • Nightshift - 10pm to 6am

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing production process
  • Ensuring parts are within company’s quality standards.
  • Packaging parts correctly
  • Keeping track of part quantities and wastage created.
  • Keeping work station clean and tidy
