Production Operative

About us
We are a manufacturer of precision component assemblies for the high-speed continuous inkjet printing industry.

We also provide wafer dicing services and wire bonding to the semiconductor industry.

Our full time core hours are Monday - Thursday 07.45 - 17.30, but we are able to offer some flexibility in start/finish times and/or number of hours worked.

About the role
The role is in our assembly department carrying out a variety of tasks across different products with the average batch size of components not greater than 20 assemblies, reporting to the General Manager.

Full training will be given.

Responsibilities:
• To take full responsibility of production processes
• To learn and carry out various production tasks
• To work with high precision machines
• To take a product quality over quantity approach

Candidate requirements
• To be able to work using a microscope
• To work unsupervised as well as part of a team
• To conscientiously follow instructions and process procedures
