Production Operative

The Recruitment Co are on the look out for Production Operatives to join their manufacturing client in Estover Plymouth, PL6 7TL.

• Pay: £12.00 per hour
• Hours: Shift 2: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12am
• Location: Estover Industrial Estate, Plymouth
• Job Type: Temp Ongoing - if you excel you will have a opportunity to move to a permanent role

Responsibilities as a Production Operative:

• You will be trained to coil and prepare cables and wires.
• You will be responsible to package and label wires for shipping.
• You will be working as a team in a fast paced environment.
• You will be trained to run specialist machines.
• As you learn the role you will take on new responsibilities within the factory such as running machines.

Requirements of the Production Operative:

• Previous experience within a production environment is advantageous.
• You must have good attendance and time keeping.
• Ability to work within a team and learn alongside others.
• Listening to instructions and acting on them in a timely fashion.
