MDH are recruiting for a world class plastics manufacturing plant based in Larkhall.

If you come from a production or manufacturing background, that would be a big plus, however we are keen to speak with you regardless of background or work history, as full and ongoing training will be provided throughout your career within the business.

As an operative you will be required to work at the heart of our factory and be responsible for a range of production tasks including running machines within the site. You will work closely with all members of the operations team to ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest possible standard. Your role may include:

Operating machinery such as:

  • Compression moulding machines
  • Semi-automatic machines
  • Injection machines

You need to be able to work the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis;

  • Dayshift - 6am to 2pm
  • Backshift - 2pm to 10pm
  • Nightshift - 10pm to 6am

£11.50 per hour - Weekly pay. *OVERTIME PAID UP TO £23 PER HOUR**
