Production Operative / Manufacturing Operative / Assembler

Position: Assembly/Production Workers
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Duration: Temporary, up to 3-6 months with potential for extension
Pay: £11.44 per hour

Our client, a global market leader, is seeking candidates to join their assembly/production department. If you have prior experience in a manual environment and possess excellent attention to detail and dexterity, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manual environment (preferably manufacturing/production)
• Ability to work from specifications/drawings
• Capable of carrying out manual hand assembly duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent dexterity

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual hand assembly duties according to specifications/drawings
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• Work efficiently within a team environment
