Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Wiveliscombe, succesful candidate must drive due to location
Salary: £10.42 an hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Our very well established client in Wiveliscombe have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative in their engineering team to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This client is a manufacturers of bandsaw blades in the south of the UK, who also service and repairs Bandsaws, Circular saws, Chainsaws, Chipper blades, and a whole host of other products. You could be working with Large bandsaws, making, sharpening, retipping and servicing them working with various machines to help deliver the best product everytime. Alternatvely you could work within their Small tooling department which maintains Circular saws, Chainsaws, chipper blades amongst many others.

Requirements:

• Hand tool experience, or a desire to get into the engineering industry
• If you have Grinding experience that would be beneficial
• Good time management and ability to work unsupervised
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible with enthusiasm to learn
• Reliable
• Willingness to learn

Full training is provided by a team with a combined wealth of experience of over 160 plus years.
