Production Operative - 3 shift pattern

£13.33 per hour, plus £129.92 per week night shift allowance
Monday - Friday shifts
One week of 7am-3pm, one week 3pm-11pm and one week 11pm-7am.

Randstad are working with a world leading medical supplies manufacturer who are recruiting for a Production Operative to join their team based in their Wavertree site, on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties:

• Operating the packaging machines and creating cartons
• Checking product weight accuracy
• Updating batch records
• Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, quality of product and Quick Changeover Reduction
• Maintaining and improving 6s standards
• Trouble shooting and fault finding on process plant and equipment

Background:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6s and GMP Awareness
• Good teamworker
