The company is a world-leading design and manufacturer within the specialist measurement instruments sector supporting a wide range of industries and applications with high quality and precision products.

The role involves managing a department within the company, leading, reviewing, coaching and training production staff. You will support production activities making sure timing, cost and quality are being met. Liaise with other department heads and senior personnel to ensure an improvement culture is at the forefront of what they do. No day will be the same with day-to-day variety and a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

* Production Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead

* Managing, coaching, appraisal, developing, 1-2-1 reviews of the production team

* Support continuous improvement and department 5s initiatives.

* Ability to lead and drive behavioural change
