Are you a production manager or similar looking to work for a leading engineering company who work on lots of exciting projects all over the UK and Ireland, which will see you receive an early finish on a Friday, Christmas bonuses and lots of training/progression opportunities?

This leading engineering company prides itself on producing bespoke steel products such as rails, balconies and gates to the UK and Ireland. They are a family-run company who uphold a great working environment in their friendly tight-knit team of 16 at the Londonderry office. Due to an ever increasing workload, they are looking to expand their team.

Within this varied role you will be managing the process of producing bespoke steel products such as rails, balconies and gates for the UK and Ireland, working with a range of companies from small to large businesses and high-end clients. You will oversee the production process, ensuring quality and that practice meets health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for liaising with fabricators, welders and fitters. You will work Mon - Thu (08:00am - 17:00pm), with an early finish on a Friday (16:00pm).

This dynamic role would suit a production manger or similar who is looking for a work-shop based role where you will manage the production process of a tight-knit team within a company offering an early finish on a Friday and company bonuses to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Oversee production for the creation of bespoke steel products
• Quality Assurance and Health and Safety
• Time Management
• Mon - Thursday (08:00am - 17:00pm) with early finish on a Friday (16:00pm)

The Person:

• Production Manager or similar
• Happy to manage team of 10
• Commutable to Londonderry
