Production Engineer - Contract - Fareham

Wild Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity as a Production Engineer for one of our clients based in Fareham.

Our client is a leading company in the UK, manufacturing and supplying products of the highest performance and quality. They want to recruit for this full time contract role urgently.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 / Friday 08:00 - 13:00

Your role will include:

  • Skilled in electronic and fabricated product assembly with cable assemblies.
  • Proficient in transferring new products from design to manufacture.
  • Demonstrated involvement in design and production NPI handover.
  • Experienced in sheet metal and fabrication production operations.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings effectively.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques.
  • Exposure to PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Competent in fabrication processes, general assembly, and wiring.

About you

  • Ability to work well with others within a collaborative and team environment
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to gain SC clearance
