Are you a Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer looking to play an integral role where you can implement processes and lead continuous improvement strategies, within a £50 million turnover company offering a challenging, varied and exciting role?

On offer is a Monday to Friday role where you will be working in a close-knit team of 3 to support production and improve processes within manufacturing.

This role will be split between office based and on the factory floor, including scheduling and leading PFMEA, developing KPIs, and increasing efficiencies by developing new production lines, with a strong focus on streamlining ready for the new production facility.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and have plans to open a new site in the next 2 years.

This role would suit a Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer looking to play a pivotal role within a large manufacturer.

The Role:

• Supporting production by improving processes and efficiencies
• Scheduling and leading PFMEA, developing and implementing KPIs
• Split between 50% office based and 50% on the shop floor
• Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, finish at 11am on Friday

The Person:

• Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer
• Lean Manufacturing / process improvement experience
