Position: Project Coordinator

Salary:  £13.35 p/h rise to £13.92 after 12 weeks

Contract: Temporary contract – May until Aug (exact date to be confirmed)

Location: CV1  - WFH or Hybrid (team are in on a Wednesday)

Working Shifts:  9:00-17:00 (can be flexible on start time, 8.00am/8.30am)– 35 h/p/w

About client

Our client is a prestigious UK awarding body located in Coventry City Centre (CV1) and is looking for a Coordinator to support the Production Projects. The Production team assist with large projects involving production of document publication. 

Job role

Working closely with the Project Leader, duties will include:

  • Taking ownership and managing your allocated projects
  • Chase relevant content from external stakeholders
  • Managing each process deadline of document publishing projects according to internal guidelines
  • Regular reviews on project progression
  • Reviewing documents and reporting on any improvements that need to be made
  • Ensuring all documents are scheduled and on track for publishing (tight deadlines)
  • Liaising with remote stakeholders

Person specification

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel and preferably SharePoint
  • IT literate
  • Must be available from May until Aug
  • Experience in working to tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Project Management
